Payment Policy

  1. Accepted Payment Methods
    We accept the following payment methods for online and in-store purchases:

    c. UPI and Mobile Payment Platforms
    d. Cash on Delivery (only available for certain locations)

  2. Order Confirmation
    Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS with details of your purchase. Orders will only be processed once the payment is successfully completed.

  3. Payment Security
    We are committed to protecting your payment information. All transactions made through our platform are encrypted to ensure your financial data is safe. However, Abnitio Hair Extensions is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account caused by user negligence or external breaches.

Refund Policy
  1. Non-Refundable Items
    Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products (hair extensions, wigs, buns, etc.), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product in used condition.
  2. Eligible Refunds
    Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
    a. The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
    b. You receive the wrong item that does not match your order.

    In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please provide photographic evidence and proof of purchase to process your claim.

  3. Refund Process
    a. Once a refund is approved, we will notify you via email or phone.
    b. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on the payment method used.
    c. For orders paid by card, the refund will be credited to the original card used for the transaction. For bank transfers, the refund will be processed to the original bank account.
  4. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a defective product, we will cover the return shipping charges.
  5. Exchanges
    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
